The Senior Director of Operations Strategy and Optimization will lead the cross-functional strategy and execution of fulfillment systems and inventory, packaging operations, and continuous improvement at Hungryroot, a remote-first company focused on healthy living.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
