Senior Red Team Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Red Team Engineer will work on a team dedicated to simulating known threat actors, evaluating advanced techniques, and improving CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform.

In Short

• Design and execute adversarial emulations.
• Replicate and implement malware and evasion techniques.
• Perform tradecraft analysis of malware and offensive security tools.
• Report results including mitigation strategies.
• Work with teams to enhance Falcon’s effectiveness.
• Communicate findings effectively at all levels.
• Engage in security community participation.
• Understand cloud-specific attack vectors.
• Utilize reverse engineering toolsets.
• Automate and script applications and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Red Team/Penetration Testing experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of security methodologies.
• Experience with EDR bypass and tampering.
• Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with high-level and low-level programming languages.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
• Operational support experience is preferred.
• Desirable certifications include OSCP, GPEN, AWS Certified Security.
