• Develop, plan, and execute simulated attacks against an organization's systems, applications, and networks.
• Identify weaknesses in an organization's security controls.
• Continuously research and improve on tactics and techniques.
• Travel globally to guide clients through live events.
• Test and rehearse threats and tools prior to engagements.
• Assume the role of the adversary during tests and training.
• Collaborate with other Red Teamers and developers.
• Communicate and develop mission debriefs for stakeholders.
• Propose improvements for identified security weaknesses.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards.

Requirements

• Robust technical background in operating systems, networking, and programming languages.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Full grasp of current cybersecurity risks and attack strategies.
• Commitment to continuous learning in cybersecurity.
• Ability to think critically and identify weaknesses in systems.
• Understanding of exploitation and tool development.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ethical mindset in conducting operations.
• Experience with virtualization solutions.
