Senior Detections Content Operations Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented Detection Content Operations Engineer to manage the end-to-end release, triage, and observability of security detections in production.

In Short

• Manage the execution and monitoring of detection content in production.
• Monitor runtime telemetry and detect anomalies post-release.
• Perform first-level triage on anomalous detection hits.
• Define mechanisms for rollbacks and alerting.
• Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring detection health.
• Contribute feedback to improve detection efficacy.
• Automate or improve tooling for release reliability.
• Create customer-facing release notes.
• Work closely with detection engineers.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Experience with threat detection platforms and security workflows.
• Some experience in SRE, QA, or release engineering.
• Comfort with telemetry, logs, and anomaly detection.
• Experience in CI/CD environments.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on root cause analysis.
• Energetic self-starter mentality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for detection engineering and security research.
• Bonus: Experience with big data monitoring and dashboard building.
• Bonus: Prior security experience in endpoint threat detection.
