Senior Program Delivery Professional (LTSS - Quality) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Program Delivery Professional (LTSS - Quality) will support quality program work to improve health outcomes and member experiences related to Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of experience in healthcare Quality Improvement.
• Experience with LTSS quality measures and Medicaid populations.
• Understanding of healthcare quality improvement strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
• Experience in LTSS or HCBS quality roles preferred.
