The Manager, Professional Services Delivery leads a team of technical resources to deliver high-value services for Rackspace customers, ensuring integration and continued support while managing human resources to execute professional services agreements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with relevant experience as a substitute.
• AWS Certifications are a plus.
• 7-9 years of relevant work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of OS technologies and IaaS platforms.
• Understanding of infrastructure automation tooling.
• Experience in cloud services and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic customer needs.
• Compassionate team player fostering trust and collaboration.
• Experience in leading teams is preferred but not required.
