In Short

  • Lead the development of content strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Design and lead content workstreams within large and complex projects.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent communication about products and services.
  • Define governance needs and create governance plans in coordination with business partners.
  • Form trusted relationships across departments to influence and drive initiatives.
  • Apply user research to inform content development and optimization.
  • Work remotely while accommodating Eastern Standard Business Hours.
  • Collaborate efficiently across various stages of the design process.
  • Utilize advanced communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Participate in occasional travel for training or meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 6+ years of human-centered design and content strategy experience.
  • 2+ years of horizontal leadership experience.
  • Experience designing and leading content workstreams.
  • Expert facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to work efficiently across design processes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
