Overview

The AVP, Transformation Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) role will define and execute a comprehensive transformation value strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the enterprise strategic plan, P&L, and financial ambitions.

In Short

  • Align financial value ambitions by year.
  • Track transformation value creation against the enterprise financial plan.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams and Lines of Business.
  • Identify and address financial risks associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize investments.
  • Establish a system for tracking and reporting transformation value.
  • Provide regular updates on financial progress and risks.
  • Support initiative teams in tracking KPIs and financial metrics.
  • Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field.
  • Strong command of technical platforms (MS Word, Power Point, Excel).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of developing associates for broader roles.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Sarbanes Oxley experience preferred.
  • Health insurance or healthcare experience preferred.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Big 4 Accounting experience preferred.
  • 40 scheduled weekly hours.
