In Short

• Define tools and workflows for multilingual content and member interactions.
• Ensure compliance with CMS language access requirements.

• Monitor fulfillment timelines and quality of translations.
• Evaluate GenAI tools for automated translation.
• Drive continuous improvement in language access capabilities.
• Support enterprise reporting needs for translated communications.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness.

• Assist in enhancing member satisfaction and trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in translation services or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with CMS language access standards.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Exposure to translation management systems.
• Understanding of inclusive design principles.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
