Overview

The Provider Services Educational & Communications Professional is responsible for developing provider educational materials and ensuring compliance with market training requirements, while collaborating across departments to enhance provider experience.

In Short

• Develop provider educational and communication materials.
• Organize provider outreach campaigns.
• Ensure completion of market-required trainings.
• Create and maintain a content management system.
• Draft provider newsletters and educational resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address provider needs.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness.
• Support annual reviews of educational documents.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Participate in project team meetings.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong content creation skills.
• Familiarity with learning design principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Medicaid/government healthcare is preferred.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• SharePoint experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
