Overview

The Educational Resources Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our provider enrollment processes.

• Design and deliver training sessions on provider enrollment processes.
• Develop training materials and resources to support staff learning.
• Act as a point of contact for enrollment staff, providing guidance.
• Maintain and update provider enrollment work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives.
• Stay informed about Medicaid Provider Enrollment processes.
• Gather and analyze data on training outcomes.
• Perform trending and root cause analysis on data.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of Microsoft Office experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Provider Enrollment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical Thinking skills.
• Background in HTML coding (Wiki syntax preferred).
• Background in Training and Education.
• Background in Process Improvement.
