Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain it.
  • Ability to interact with prospective members face-to-face.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Must reside in Washington or Carter County, TN.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Language proficiency assessment may be required for non-English speakers.
  • Engagement with community organizations preferred.
