Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare leadership or related experience.
• MD – Doctor of Medicine required.
• Understanding of the UM CMS ecosystem.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Analytic acumen with data-driven decision making.
