Senior Release Train Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) has comprehensive, end-to-end responsibility as facilitator and coach of a moderately complex Agile Release Train (ART). This role ensures all events are aligned with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methods to add both speed and value to product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ on large scale projects.
• Experience with the SAFe Framework as an RTE or scrum master.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification(s): RTE and/or SPC.
• Scrum Master certification (CSP-SM, A-CSM, or PSM III).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile Lifecycle Management Tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA Align.
• Prior experience in the health solutions industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
