Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Outbound Contacts Representative 2 represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues.

In Short

• Make outbound contacts to members and providers.
• Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries to achieve service and quality standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Handle semi-routine assignments with some latitude for prioritization.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
