As an Inbound Contacts Representative, you will be part of a caring community, addressing customer inquiries and providing support while working in a remote environment.

• Handle incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries.

Requirements

• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• 1+ years of call center experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and typing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have a quiet home office environment.
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum 25mbps x 10mbps).
• Willingness to remain in the position for 12 months.
• Must complete language proficiency testing.
