Enterprise Transformation Lead - Remote

Overview

The Enterprise Transformation Lead will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on improving customer experience and key operational metrics, responsible for identifying process opportunities and developing solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of process improvement experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in business consulting and operational leadership.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive strategic conversations and influence leaders.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare services is a plus.
• Certifications in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Project Management preferred.
• Experience with Lucid is a plus.
