Utilization Management Registered Nurse - Compact Required - Remote

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Utilization Management Registered Nurse 2 utilizes clinical nursing skills to support the coordination, documentation and communication of medical services and/or benefit administration determinations.

In Short

• Utilizes clinical nursing skills for medical services coordination.

• Must have a Compact License and 3+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required.

• Remote position with occasional travel for training.
• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with no disciplinary action.
• 3+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
• Previous experience in utilization management.
• BSN or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Health Plan experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High-speed internet and a dedicated office space required.
