Sales Support Professional 1 - Remote

Overview

The Sales Support Professional 1 provides timely and effective sales administrative support to assist with the acquisition or retention of customers, primarily supporting the Large Group Sales Representatives in the Specialty Sales Regions.

In Short

• Provide support to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Collect and organize RFP info and track down missing information.
• Submit all sold paperwork to Implementation.
• Maintain a strong connection with internal market team members.
• Create and distribute scheduled market communication.
• Answer general benefit questions for brokers.
• Use analytical skills to summarize reporting data.
• Work with various internal stakeholders for sales support.
• Manage agent bonus tracking and organization.
• Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.

Requirements

• Previous Sales Enablement or Project Management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
