Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

In Short

• Analyze business, process, and user needs
• Document requirements and perform cost/benefit analysis
• Work with IT partners to implement new tools driven by AI, NLP, RPA
• Manage project work to support system migration
• Oversee development of COB MSP data repository
• Influence department strategy and perform cost/benefit analysis
• Collaborate with Enterprise Operations Enablement team
• Ensure compliance with CMS requirements
• Use analytical methodologies for payment integrity
• Lead projects related to subrogation and payment integrity

Requirements

• Experience with payment integrity and/or subrogation
• Knowledge of ad-hoc query tools like SQL or TOAD
• Previous project leadership experience
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work from home with required internet speed
• Advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Six Sigma and PMP certifications preferred
• Experience with process documentation and re-engineering
