Overview

As a Call Quality Coach, you will oversee the Call Quality process, providing feedback and insights to improve call quality results while collaborating with various departments.

In Short

  • Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality standards.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to MarketPOINT Sales Agents.
  • Engage in call calibrations and reviews.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders for optimal consumer experiences.
  • Requires active Health insurance license or ability to obtain.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory.
  • 1+ years of coaching experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools is necessary.
  • Must possess critical thinking skills.
  • Work schedules may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Active Health insurance license or ability to obtain.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Prior experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Quality Assurance.
  • 1+ years of coaching experience.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
  • Previous Sales Experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Direct Marketing Processes is beneficial.
  • Project Management Experience is preferred.
