Billing & Reconciliation Representative - Remote

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. Enclara Healthcare is seeking a VSP experienced Billing Representative to join our Finance Revenue Cycle team, focusing on simplifying care delivery in complex patient populations to improve patient experience, quality, and cost.

In Short

• Manage the billing process for hospice patient accounts.
• Resolve outstanding balances and billing issues.
• Review and reconcile monthly census for hospice.
• Assist in preparation of monthly customer invoices.
• Work within defined parameters with some latitude for prioritization.
• Follow standard policies and practices with some opportunity for discretion.
• Work hours typically between 35-40 hours per week.
• Shift needed will be between 9am and 5PM EST, Monday-Friday.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.
• Remote position with specific internet requirements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Beginner-intermediate level experience in MS Excel.
• Experience in other MS Office tools such as Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Billing, Finance, or Accounting experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Hospice or Pharmacy patient data management preferred.
