Overview

This role as a Telephonic Care Manager involves assessing and evaluating members' health needs to guide them towards optimal wellness while working remotely from home.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• Must be a resident of Washington State.
• Bilingual in English and Korean or Chinese.
• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple computer applications.
• Experience with motivational interviewing preferred.
• Case management certification is a plus.
• Must have a separate room for privacy while working.
