Bilingual Care Manager, Telephonic RN - Remote

Overview

The Bilingual Care Manager, Telephonic RN is responsible for assessing and evaluating members' needs in a telephonic environment to promote optimal wellness. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and the ability to guide members with chronic conditions.

• Work from home position based in Puerto Rico.

• 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling.
• Compensation range is $53,300 - $73,400 per year.
• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in Puerto Rico and Florida.
• Prior clinical experience in adult acute care.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift.
• Experience in health plans or case management preferred.
• Must pass language proficiency assessments.
• Self-provided internet service meeting specified criteria.
