Overview

As a Telephonic Nurse Care Manager at Humana, you will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating the health needs of enrollees primarily through telephonic communication, ensuring they receive optimal care and resources.

  • Must have an active RN license in Oklahoma.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
  • 2+ years of case/care management experience.
  • Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare enrollees.
  • Knowledge of community health and social service agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid state driver's license and vehicle liability insurance.
  • Preferred: Case Management Certification (CCM).
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Ability to work from a dedicated space free from interruptions.
