Overview

The Agency Broker Relationship Manager develops and maintains relationships with small to large accounts, focusing on personal sales targets and troubleshooting customer problems.

Requirements

• Active Health & Life Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain.
• 12+ months of sales experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates.
• Professional experience in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be located in Southern Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience working with Medicare Products and brokers preferred.
