Director, Development and Outreach - Remote

Overview

The Development and Outreach Department of Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking applicants for the position of Director, France to lead our fundraising and outreach in France. The Director will work closely with the HRW France Director, who oversees Advocacy and Communications in France.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of fundraising experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the fundraising environment in France.
• Experience in managing major gift programs.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and revenue tracking.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or relational databases is a plus.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
