Requirements

• 10+ years in People/HR roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in designing employee success programs in a startup.
• Fluency in leveraging AI tools for HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with Workday and Culture Amp.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
