Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual design in agency environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Passion for creativity and storytelling.
• Advanced English (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Proficient in AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly).
• Motion design and 3D knowledge.
