OpenSea is seeking a talented and dynamic Brand and Visual Designer to lead our design initiatives as we navigate an exciting period of new product launches, shaping OpenSea's visual identity.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of OpenSea’s brand and visual design.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and create high-quality visual content.
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
• Craft visual narratives that communicate our story and mission.
• Collaborate on co-marketing plans and innovative marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on design trends in the crypto and gaming space.

Requirements

• Proven track record in brand and visual design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in the crypto, web3, or gaming domains.
• Strong portfolio in visual and motion graphics.
• Deep understanding of the web3 community’s culture and aesthetics.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
