Senior Tax Analyst, Global Tax Planning and Reporting - Remote

In Short

• Support the preparation of the global income tax provision process in accordance with ASC 740 and US income tax compliance.
• Manage end to end tax provision process, including preparation and review of quarterly and annual global tax provision work papers and supporting documentation.
• Oversee the preparation and review of the US federal and state income tax returns.
• Support and coordinate US federal and state income tax audits.
• Actively participate in tax planning projects, including R&D credit studies and M&A.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for accurate tax reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements in tax provision and compliance.
• Leverage software applications to streamline deliverables.
• Assist with the documentation of the company's tax policies and procedures.
• Stay current on changes in tax legislation and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and a CPA license.
• Minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience in corporate income tax provision.
• Proficiency with Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax Provision software.
• Proficiency in Alteryx or other data analytics tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
