The IRONMAN Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global FP&A to support the Financial Planning and Analysis function, providing insights and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

• Prepare monthly financial results presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with variance analysis and reporting.
• Experience with FP&A tools and systems.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in a global organization is a plus.
