Overview

The Senior Analyst for Analytics and Reporting will work within the Gemini Data & Analytics team at DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, focusing on monitoring and communicating the performance of value-based care programs through advanced data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business/financial analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• 3-5 years of experience writing SQL, with Snowflake preferred.
• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Extensive Excel experience, including data manipulation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Interest in data analysis and innovation.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Self-starter mentality with thoughtful execution abilities.
