Senior Analyst - HR Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining Human Resources reports and data delivery functions for the organization’s future HRIS, utilizing Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, and Google BigQuery.

• Full-time position, 8-hour day shift, Monday - Friday.
• Remote work opportunity.
• Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher and Google BigQuery.
• Assemble datasets within Oracle FDI and Google BigQuery.
• Facilitate meetings to capture reporting requirements and design reports.
• Perform validation and analysis of report data for accuracy.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of processes and reports.
• Conduct user acceptance testing of reports.
• Support the development of data governance standards.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable experience required.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR data and employee lifecycle processes.
• Previous experience with healthcare organizational data is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
