Overview

The Senior Sales Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in launching, operationalizing, and strategizing sales models at HubSpot, focusing on our mission as trusted, strategic partners. This role is essential for addressing the current challenges and opportunities of our sales approach and fueling overall and upmarket growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent position.
  • Expertise in analytical techniques and model development using tools such as Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting analyses.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment.
  • Proven AI fluency with generative AI tools.
  • International GTM experience is a plus.
