Senior Data Scientist - Remote

We’re seeking a talented, experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Data, Systems & Intelligence (DSI) team to support internal Sales and Customer Success (CS) clients through the delivery of scalable AI/ML and other data products.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for AI solutions.
• Identify and mature data sources to further data science and business analytics.
• Design and build machine learning and statistical models.
• Use data to inform key business decisions and communicate findings effectively.
• Experiment with Generative AI (LLM) as a potential solution.
• Keep current with technical and industry developments.
• Lead data science initiatives throughout the entire model life cycle.
• Mentor more junior data scientists and analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data science with multiple models deployed.
• Expert level knowledge in SQL and Python programming.
• Proficient using version control systems (git/github).
• Ability to effectively communicate data science concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to use data to present to senior management for strategic decision making.
