HubSpot is looking for a business-oriented and skilled attorney to join our Data, Privacy, and Security practice on the HubSpot Legal & Compliance Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to lead our data governance and data use practice.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years of legal experience in data privacy and governance.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.
• Experience in developing data governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• CIPP/US or CIPP/E certification is a plus.
• Experience in the tech industry is preferred.
