The Scaled Customer Success Team is searching for the next Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is critical in helping millions of customers grow better by providing value through various communication methods.

In Short

  • Support the success of HubSpot customers in Japan using HubSpot tools.
  • Become an expert in inbound sales and marketing.
  • Provide world-class service through timely communication.
  • Manage a high volume of tasks and resolve customer challenges.
  • Coach customers on HubSpot products through presentations and demos.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
  • Drive value in conversations to surface good fit leads.
  • Learn and grow with other Customer Success Managers.

  • Prior experience in client-facing or account management roles.
  • Proficient in English and business-level Japanese.
