Associate Marketer, Northern Europe - Remote

Overview

HubSpot, the world's leading customer platform for scaling businesses, is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and detail-oriented Associate Marketer to join our Northern Europe team (covering the UKI, Nordics and Benelux market). In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives while managing key agency relationships and tracking campaign performance across the region.

In Short

• Manage relationships with PR and influencer agencies, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Support budget tracking and management across marketing programs.
• Maintain campaign performance reports to showcase results.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns including events and webinars.
• Create marketing assets such as landing pages and social media posts.
• Work with third-party media partners to execute advertising opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience working with external agencies or vendors.
• Analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CMS systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• AI fluency and integration of AI tools into workflows.
