Market Associate - Remote

Overview

The Market Associate is responsible for selling SiteMinder’s products to customers and completing business development activities in an effort to acquire new customers.

In Short

• Source opportunities and canvass potential clients via cold calling.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts.
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets.
• Prepare accurate quotes and develop proposals for clients.
• Negotiate contracts while balancing service and profit margins.
• Maintain records in SiteMinder's CRM system.
• Manage new client accounts until handed over to the Onboarding Success Team.
• Provide client feedback to the Product Team.
• Coordinate client events and meetings.
• Continue personal development through career growth plans.

Requirements

• Confident, personable, and eager to hit sales goals.
• Eager to learn and take feedback constructively.
• Basic understanding of sales targets and business development.
• Ability to work autonomously from home.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Aptitude for learning sales processes and products.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred but not essential.
