AI Transformation Program Manager, Finance Transformation - Remote

Overview

The AI Transformation Program Manager will be a key member of HubSpot’s Finance Transformation team, leading high impact AI initiatives that automate Finance processes using AI agents, bots, and intelligent workflow solutions. This role sits at the center of Finance, Technology, and functional process teams, leading initiatives that modernize core Finance operations, reduce manual effort and unlock strategic capacity across the Finance Organization.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a Finance AI roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end Finance process automation initiatives.
• Conduct detailed current-state process analysis.
• Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project planning, discovery, design, and implementation.
• Drive change management strategies.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for automation initiatives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support governance processes for Finance AI.
• Partner with Finance Systems and Data teams for seamless integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Finance transformation or program management.
• Experience leading AI-enabled implementations for Finance functions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of controls and compliance requirements for Finance technology.
