The Global Service Manager (GSM) acts as a central operational lead within the HR Administration function, supporting the delivery of high-quality HR administrative services across a global customer portfolio.

In Short

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR Administration or related fields.
  • Experience managing onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in flexible working environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
