Overview

Optima Dermatology is seeking an experienced Manager of HR Administration to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR administration functions and lead a two-member HR department.

In Short

  • Oversee HR administrative functions including employee records management and payroll.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor HR support staff.
  • Manage HR software and systems for data accuracy.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR.
  • At least eight years of HR experience required.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Requirements

  • Eight years of full-spectrum HR generalist experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
