Global Service Associate - Legal Entity Management - Remote

Overview

The Global Service Associate (GSA) will serve as the primary contact between HSP Group’s network of Local Service Partners and clients, coordinating the delivery of Business as Usual services.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact point for clients and Local Service Partners.
• Coordinate the delivery of BAU services.
• Update and maintain BAU related systems.
• Create service tickets and validate data from clients.
• Monitor deadlines for clients and LSPs.
• Review corporate documents and maintain naming conventions.
• Respond to client queries and manage escalations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Support team processes and business improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with LSPs.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Legal Entity Management or similar roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Experience in flexible working environments.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
