Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer, Generative AI at Headspace, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's capabilities in artificial intelligence, particularly in developing, optimizing, and deploying generative AI models.

In Short

• Lead the design, training, and optimization of large-scale generative AI models.
• Own the lifecycle of generative AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python.
• Experience with database management / querying, e.g. SQL, MongoDB.
• Deep expertise in AWS and IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Strong understanding of ML infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions.
• Experience implementing and maintaining AI/ML best practices.
• Skilled at translating complex technical concepts.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
