Performance Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will work on all paid advertising efforts within the organization, focusing on improving the lives of service professionals through effective marketing strategies.

• Create, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various paid marketing channels.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in paid marketing, especially with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with skills in pivot tables and vlookups.
• Experience with UTM attribution is a plus.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) or knowledge of BI tools (Tableau) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
