Partner Integrations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Partner Integrations Manager will enable and support the technical success of Hostaway’s partner ecosystem, ensuring integrations are stable, scalable, and partner issues are resolved efficiently.

In Short

• Support the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle (onboarding → certification → go-live → ongoing support).
• Guide partners in building and maintaining integrations using Hostaway APIs and best practices.
• Enable partner-built integrations by providing technical guidance without directly building them.
• Provide ongoing technical support across the partner lifecycle.
• Communicate API updates and changes clearly to partners.
• Validate integrations for certification and go-live readiness.
• Monitor integration health and proactively identify risks.
• Troubleshoot API-related issues.
• Support 200+ partners with technical queries via Slack and Emails.
• Build and improve integration support processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in technical support, integrations, or API-based roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
• Excellent written English for partner-facing communication.
• Experience in a remote, async SaaS environment.
• Able to work with EST overlap and flexibility across time zones.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Zendesk.
