Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Horizons with a focus on our China-based clientele seeking international expansion, you will play a pivotal role in the client onboarding experience, ensuring our clients successfully transition into and utilize our suite of services.

In Short

  • Guide China-based clients through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide insights on global HR trends and regulatory considerations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Provide tailored training sessions adapted to clients' needs.
  • Gather client feedback and liaise with product teams.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively identify potential issues for client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on client health and satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity in communications.
  • Serve as a bridge between Chinese and target countries' business cultures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role.
  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Customer-oriented and passionate about client experiences.
