Overview

As a key member of the Partner Success team at HTS, you will support the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC across products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will focus on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.

In Short

  • Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and engagement for Korean-speaking partners.
  • Drive adoption of new products and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues.
  • Leverage analytical tools to monitor product performance.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
