Overview

As an Account Director within the Fintech Team at HTS, you will be responsible for driving the success of our fintech solutions with airline partners across APAC.

In Short

  • Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
  • Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines.
  • Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with airline operations is a plus.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
